returns policy
- returns or exchanges: we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described upon arrival. we will not offer you a refund if you order the wrong size as size charts will be available prior to purchase either on product pages or our instagram, however we are able to modify your order granted you contact us promptly after placing your order
- faulty items: if your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange.
- refunds: refunds are only issued for faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. we reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing a refund. additionally, proof of purchase is required for a refund to be issued.

shipping policy
- UK domestic orders: ship within 1-10 working days, unless conditioned as a pre-order
- International orders: ship within 1-10 working days, unless conditioned as a pre-order. please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs processes in your country.
- additionally, if the drop is conditioned as a pre-order, the shipping duration will be followed by a period of 6-8 weeks for production and shipment.
shipping delays
- Mukai is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
- Lost or stolen packages: Mukai is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Any claims must be made through the mail carrier or courier service. we post orders to the address provided, it is your responsibility to provide the correct address. if a package is lost due to an incorrect address being provided, we are not liable. if you suspect that you have provided an incorrect address, or would like to have the address changed, please contact us promptly after your order so that it can be resolved before dispatch.
